Agape Property Management · Scope of Work & Request for Quote

Calendar Court — Appliances, Queen Bed & Twin Assembly

Three addresses on the same street. Appliances move one way, a queen bed moves the other, and twin beds are assembled on site. The scope below is fixed. Price it as written, or note the exception in your quote — work outside this scope is not authorized without written approval.

Access codes are released to the assigned crew on the scheduled date. Do not share them outside that crew, and do not write them on anything left in a unit.

Appliances — 2337 to 2316

Stove, washer and dryer

2337 Calendar Ct → 2316 Calendar Ct

Three appliances only. Nothing else leaves 2337 under this scope. Confirm gas or electric on the stove and dryer before the truck arrives — a gas disconnect or reconnect in Texas is licensed work, and the quote should say who performs it.

A.1
StoveDisconnect, move and set in place
Shut off the supply before disconnecting. If it is gas, the line is capped by someone licensed to do it and the connection is leak-tested on reconnect. If it is electric, confirm the receptacle at 2316 matches the cord — a three-prong cord on a four-prong outlet is the most common mismatch and the cord has to be changed, not forced. Set level and flush at the destination.
A.2
WasherDisconnect, drain, move and reconnect
Shut off hot and cold supply, disconnect the hoses, and drain the residual water from the drum and lines before it moves — an undrained washer leaks across the floor of the truck and the hallway. Move upright. Reconnect hoses at 2316, run a short cycle, and check behind the machine for drips before leaving.
A.3
DryerDisconnect, move and reconnect
Disconnect the vent duct and the power or gas supply. Gas is licensed work and is leak-tested on reconnect. Reattach and seal the vent duct at 2316 — a dryer venting into the wall cavity is a fire risk, so this is confirmed attached, not left loose behind the machine.
A.4
All threeProtect and verify the path
Measure doorways and turns at both ends before lifting. Appliance dolly and straps used on all three. Floors and door frames protected at both addresses. Photograph each appliance before it is disconnected.
B

Queen bed — 2393 to 2337

Disassemble, transport, reassemble

2393 Calendar Ct → 2337 Calendar Ct

Note the direction. The queen bed travels the opposite way from the appliances, and 2337 is both an origin and a destination on this job — the appliances leave it and the bed arrives at it. Sequence the day so the crew is not carrying both through the same door at once.

B.1
2393to 2337Queen bed relocated and reassembled
Disassemble the queen bed at 2393, bag and tape the hardware to its own frame, transport to 2337, and reassemble it complete — frame, rails, slats or platform, headboard if present, all hardware tightened. Mattress placed on the frame and left ready to make up. Beds are the only items that come apart on this job; nothing else is disassembled.
C

Twin beds — assembled at 2393

On site, no transport

Assembly only. The twin beds stay at 2393 Calendar Court — nothing is loaded or moved between addresses for this item.

C.1
2393Assemble the twin beds
Each twin fully assembled: frame, rails, slats or platform, headboard where one exists, all hardware tightened and the bed stable under weight. Mattress placed on the frame. Packaging, foam, plastic and banding removed from the room and taken away. State on your quote how many twin beds you have priced.
